Had breakfast with the girls at Bold Knight Bistro.

Then I had lunch that was a mixture of leftovers from dinner the night before and breakfast that morning.

Day Two (Thursday)


Okay, so it is day two and I was rushing to eat so that I could meet my friend to walk. I got creative and made a protein smoothie with a slice of sprouted bread


Once again not prepared for what I was going to eat so I made a salad with spicy hummus, feta and toasted pecans. I added some beef stew from the freezer and walla!



Didn't really want dinner and thought of going to Panda, but I held fast and sauteed this chicken breast along with a green beans, carrots and onions. It made for a pretty filling and satisfying meal. Done in under 15 minutes.

Here's dinner. . . a protein shake (mango, mixed berries, flaxseed, flax oil, psyllium, cranberry juice, fresco, pellegrino); atkins beef stew; and cashews and almonds.
Aaahhhhhh. I had massage at 2 pm today. I feel so much better than I did this morning.

Exercise and Food Diary

Hey Manna Folks, This is my 1st Blog! I walked this morning at Grosbeck Park... I did four laps - they are eight-tenths of a mile around with two steep hills including 3 switchbacks. I also started my push-ups again. I did 10 on the first go round and then approximately 90 minutes later I did 15. I expect to be sore tomorrow evening. But it will be worth it.

I had hot lemon water and diluted cranberry juice. For this meal, I had five slices of bacon and four sausages.















I had green tea with Splenda. In the omelet I had 1-1/2 ounces of cheese w/ garlic, onion and red bell peppers and green hot sauce. I had 15 raw almonds.
