Started the Belly Fat Cure today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yum for BREAKFAST, I ate two scrambled eggs, two slices bacon with mozzarella rolled up in a whole wheat tortilla.
~ hmm, not something that I would normally have (the tortilla that is) but it was really good and a great meal to eat on the go.

SNACK

2nd snack I had raw walnuts.


DINNER

I had 1/2 breast grilled chicken
Zucchini sauteed in butter and olive oil covered with shredded mozzarella
1 slice of whole wheat bread
3/4 cup okra
Water


SNACK
Zevia - orange



EXERCISE
I exercised at work today. Cardio, Plank twists, pull-ups, push-ups, Ball Crunches

Well Well Well WELL, It has truly been a long time. So let's get to it. Been under oppression lately. Mostly self imposed! Have quite a few things in my life that I don't like. Realized that it is my personal control/management stuff. Made and am making the choice to take a deep breath and let it go, be free. It seems as though life is much more palatable this way.

Today I had my first Green Smoothie. I really liked it. Funny though, this one was more beet colored than green.
Flax Oil
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 1/2 cups mango
1/2 small banana
1/2 cup black berries
6 leaves of swiss chard with the stems attached
1 scoop protein powder
2 packets sweet fiber
1 cup water
ice

Blended
Drank
YUM!!!!!
