Started the Belly Fat Cure today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yum for BREAKFAST, I ate two scrambled eggs, two slices bacon with mozzarella rolled up in a whole wheat tortilla.
~ hmm, not something that I would normally have (the tortilla that is) but it was really good and a great meal to eat on the go.

SNACK

Cashews

2nd snack I had raw walnuts.


DINNER

I had 1/2 breast grilled chicken
Zucchini sauteed in butter and olive oil covered with shredded mozzarella
1 slice of whole wheat bread
3/4 cup okra
Water


SNACK
Zevia - orange



EXERCISE
I exercised at work today. Cardio, Plank twists, pull-ups, push-ups, Ball Crunches
