Fasting myself out of balance very quickly was not on my plan.

OH MY! ! ! It has been 5 weeks since I have blogged my food choices. I started out fasting (water) for a week so there wasn't anything to list. However, that didn't work out after I came off of the fast... it was good for the first two days, afterward it was a struggle throughout the days to come and then I just ate good carbs like Steel Cut Oatmeal, Brown Rice, etc.

So today is where I place my stake in the ground of honoring myself with better food choices that nourish my body and stabilize my blood sugar levels. I feel so much better with a Low Glycemic eating plan.

Exercise and Eat Right.




Breakfast - Egg, 4 slices of bacon, 2 cups of coffee w/ half and half.











Snack - Two medium sized bananas; 3/4 cup raw almonds

3 egg omelet w/ red-green-orange bell peppers, onions garlic, ham & cheese.
1 slice bacon 1/2 cup blueberries; Hot Tea

Grilled Chicken -(mayo, white wine, italian seasonings), broccoli, Mesclun w/ pear tomatoes & sweet basil dressing. Glass white wine.

Vanilla Milkshake (homemade)
