Walked two miles up and back 16th Mile in Denver

Breakfast - Bombay Chicken ( Curried chicken w/ rice and raisins)

Headed out for a trip to Denver at noon so at the airport I had a Snack - Cinnabon











and on the airplane I had regular cranberry juice, honey roasted peanuts and wheat thins.


Dinner - Il Fornaio
Ciabatta bread w/olive oil & balsamic
Batter fried zucchini & eggplant
Chicken breast w/prosciutto
Apple Cake w/vanilla ice cream
Sampler Dessert plate (had a bite of most)
