Thursday

For breakfast I made a quick salad since I was going to walk with a friend and needed some nourishment. It included yellow&red peppers, avocado, goat cheese, flax oil and balsamic vinegar.

For lunch I had a linguica & mushroom omelet w/ avocado and one on the country sausages pictured above.

I wasn't hungry for dinner and it was starting to get late (since I went to the doctor with my son) so I just ate what I thought was yummy and available - brie w/ pecans, 1/2 avocado, and chicken vegetable soup.

I did three laps at Grosbeck Park; and then three laps at Cunningham. I even ran 1/3 of the 2nd lap.

Breakfast 1/2 avocado, 3/4 cup of cottage cheese, vegetable chicken soup. Yummy!

Lunch happened late today. I decided to eat after I got back from my class (I get home at 4 pm). I made a garden salad with yellow& red peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, green onion. The lettuce greens are the organic spring mix and the garden salad mix. I added 1 tbsp flax oil, mayo (olive oil type), balsamic vinegar and goat cheese. 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds.

This is not the typical salad/meal that I like but it was good.
Woke up early this morning (4:45 am). Contemplated gettting up for my walk..... hmmmm, got up at 5:18 and went with Ali to Grosbeck - did two laps with 3 lb glove weights. Drank cranberry water and hot water and lemon. Ate some flax seeds (2-1/2 teaspoons)

Had the blueberries for a snack that night in lieu of dinner... I just wasn't hungry and opted for the simple fix.
