Exercise and Food Diary

Hey Manna Folks, This is my 1st Blog! I walked this morning at Grosbeck Park... I did four laps - they are eight-tenths of a mile around with two steep hills including 3 switchbacks. I also started my push-ups again. I did 10 on the first go round and then approximately 90 minutes later I did 15. I expect to be sore tomorrow evening. But it will be worth it.

I had hot lemon water and diluted cranberry juice. For this meal, I had five slices of bacon and four sausages.















I had green tea with Splenda. In the omelet I had 1-1/2 ounces of cheese w/ garlic, onion and red bell peppers and green hot sauce. I had 15 raw almonds.
