Breakfast w/Karen @ the Bold Knight I had the Linguica Omelet w/ onion and green pepper, a side of cottage cheese and on country sausage. Also, had Lavender Tea, yum! I love this meal.











I have not exercised at all this week. Have been sick and in the bed since my return from Las Vegas.



Dinner
Multi Grain Tortilla Chips, Trader Joe's Triple Cream Brie, Spicy Hummus











Snack
1/2 C. Blueberries
1/2 C. Trek Mix - Almond, Cashews & Cranberries

4 slices of bacon and 3/4 cup of steel cut oatmeal w/ 1-1/2 tbs butter sprinkle of splenda & cinnamon

1 orange

1/2 banana

1 orange
Earl Grey Tea w/ Kalia

Snack
1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 2tsps butter sprinkle of splenda & cinnamon

Dinner
Strawberry Mint water
1 slice of meatloaf w/ bbq sauce
garden sauce

Had a protein shake for breakfast.

Didn't really have a meal for the rest of the day. Age an orange some cashew, cranberry and almond mix.

Ate meatloaf w/ bbq sauce and vegetable medley. Cashews. Tasted a pasta noodle with chicken gravy

Lunch had the same thing

Dinner - ate fried chicken strips for dinner

Kalia, Doug and the babies came and it was stressful at first but I managed to stay on my plan.

Weighed in today at 202 my weight was down 3 lbs.

I am concerned that the loss was more than I anticipated, but I remember that I have been sick for about three days.












Breakfast - ate a Protein Shake w/ flax oil, psyllium, mango, blueberry, raspberry, strawberry.

Lunch - meatloaf


Snack - Cashews, Almonds and Cranberry

Breakfast - I managed to heat up and eat a bowl of Vegetable Beef Soup

Lunch - I had two cups of broccoli

Dinnner - consisted of three slices of Meatloaf and 2 cups of broccoli

I drank a pot of Earl Grey Tea w/ Splenda in it.
