Breakfast - Omelet w/ham, cheese, onion, green peppers; bacon, sausage, cottage cheese, coffee w/h&h splenda

Lunch - Salad Greens w/ dressing, marinated artichoke

Snack - Earl Grey tea w/ splenda

Dinner - Beef Brisket w/ bbq sauce from Whole Foods













Walked up Hampden Ave. approx. 2 miles, worked out in the fitness ctr.
