Breakfast - Bacon, Cottage Cheese, Coffee

Snack - Soup, Earl Grey Tea, 1/16 cup Sangria

Lunch - Kale wrapped hamburger (zucchini, mushrooms, red onion, avocado, tomatoes, mayo, salad greens)

Snack - Pecans, hot lemon water
