Breakfast - Lots of bacon, I mean lots. Two egg scramble with red onion, red bell peppers, garlic, and cheese. Two cups of coffee w/ splenda and half and half.
Snack- Watermelon, avocado w/lemon juice, sliced rotisserie chicken. Earl Grey Tea w/ splenda
Dinner - two chimichangas, orange
Snack - Pistachios, cashew/almond/cranberry mix
Walked 6 miles today. 18 Pushups
