Got up this morning and weighed in at 199 lbs. --ZOWEE-- I am under 200 pounds for the first time in over a year. Gotta keep it movin'
Went to Great America had a great time.
Breakfast - Protein/Berry Shake
Snack - Popcorn Chicken and 4 french fries
Lunch - Chicken Wing and Breast w/ a dab of bbq sauce, Sta. Maria Beans, 1/2 cup potato salad, hot dog w/ partial bun, 2 miniature ice cream sandwiches and a diet coke.
Dinner - Handful of Blueberries; Mesclun salad greens, 1 avocado, half tomato, 6 slices bacon and mayo
