
Breakfast 1/2 avocado, 3/4 cup of cottage cheese, vegetable chicken soup. Yummy!

Lunch happened late today. I decided to eat after I got back from my class
(I get home at 4 pm). I made a garden salad with yellow& red peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, green onion. The lettuce greens are the organic spring mix and the garden salad mix. I added 1 tbsp flax oil, mayo
(olive oil type), balsamic vinegar and goat cheese. 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds.
This is not the typical salad/meal that I like but it was good.
I still can't eat cottage cheese straight up!
