Attended Wedding Reception #2. Ate what was served in reasonable serving sizes. Had a substantial sized piece of wedding cake.

Lunch - Indian Food, Curried Cauliflower, Naan, Rice, Chicken Masala











Dinner - Samosas, Breaded Vegetables.


Attended Wedding and Reception #1. Ate reasonable amounts and quantities of what was served. Had a very small serving of wedding cake.

Went to the doctor this morning for the allergy tests and didn't eat breakfast.

Had a cup of black tea.


Stop by KFC purchased a Wing Meal w/ tossed salad instead of potatoes, gave the biscuit away. Also got Hot Wings.

Snacks - Ate pecans and cashews.

Dinner - Ate tossed salad from earlier, added mesclun, tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, croutons, w/ mayo and italian dressing.

Lunch - 5 Falafels; Beef Gyros Salad (bell pepper, pepperccini, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, feta cheese w/ yogurt dressing)

Snack - 1/2 cup of Pecans
